Salt Dough Keepsakes
For fun fall festivities, this is a great idea for the family. The standard recipe for salt dough is 1 cup of flour, one cup of salt and half a cup of water. Make as much as you need in small intervals. The trick for making amazing salt dough projects is to make sure you put the salt dough on parchment paper on the cookie sheet to bake it. That way, it peels off very easily. Also, the dough can be very sticky, so to roll out the dough, use a small glass cup coated with water to avoid sticking.
