A not so well-kept secret is that candlelight gives a room elegance and brings a comforting feel to the surroundings. If you add beauty and uniqueness to the equation, you have candles with a crafter's touch.

I searched for what I considered outstanding candle projects, and if the projects I found also included directions, I chose to include in this article.

I think you will be pleased with the candle crafts that I found. All of the candle crafts include a picture of the project and the name of the site where you will find the directions. With these ideas, you'll have a great start crafting with candles.

      Wow I really like the hurricane lamps they are beautiful and I really think I will try to make one! I wish I had the dough to buy the supplies off your lens right now but it'll have to wait a bit :/ definitely coming back to this though!

      Beautiful! When our kids were little they added rub-ons to votive candle holders as a Christmas gift to their grandparents - the kids loved making those.
